1 Corinthians 10:31 “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
Athletic Philosophy And Objectives
We believe that each child is a child of God's and should be educated in the physical development of his/her body to use the physical talents the Lord has given to him/her to their fullest. In addition to the development of talents we believe our athletic program should also foster the development of character, respect, honesty, responsibility, sacrifice, and self-discipline. As Christ is the center of our lives so He is also in, with, under, and through our athletic philosophy.
St. Paul is proud to offer volleyball, basketball and cheer as sports. In addition we have co-op teams with Bonduel Middle School in football, cross country, and softball. Athletics and student activities are open to all students. We do not cut student-athletes and all will participate. If a student wants to try a sport and an activity, our coaches and advisors will work together so that students can attend some or both.

Coaching Philosophy
- We have a “no cut” policy, which dictates that all athletes will make the team, and all athletes will play in each game.
- Playing time is fair, not necessarily equal. Factors that contribute to playing time include academics (“F-list”), work ethic at practice, ability to improve, hustle, and attitude.
- Our coaches “check their egos at the door.” We strive to ensure success for each athlete but do not necessarily equate success to wins and losses.
- We attempt to bring as many athletes to our high school programs as possible.
- We want the middle school athletic experience to be positive, and we want all of our kids to go out for the sport the next year.
- We attempt to coach, teach, and develop fundamental skills and concepts with all of our athletes.
St. Paul's maintains both a conference and non-conference athletic schedule for our student athletes.

Concussions
On April 2, 2012, the state of Wisconsin passed a law regarding concussions and youth sports. The law requires all youth athletic organizations to educate coaches, athletes and parents on the risks of concussions and head injuries and prohibits participation in a youth activity until the athlete and parent or guardian has returned a signed agreement sheet indicating they have reviewed the concussion and head injury informational materials. The law requires immediate removal of an individual from a youth athletic activity if symptoms indicate a possible concussion has been sustained. A person who has been removed from a youth athletic activity because of a determined or suspected concussion or head injury, may not participate again until he or she is evaluated by a health care provider and receives written clearance from the health care provider to return to the activity.
In 2022, the state added a law regarding sudden cardiac arrest and youth sports. While rare, it is the leading cause of death in young athletes while training or practicing for a competition. It is important to educate yourself about the signs of sudden cardiac arrest.
